DREAMS
I meet lot of people and Discuss with them about
their DREAMS, people have plenty of them, than to make it more intriguing, I ask
them how many of these have you achieved, and people are bewildered and have no
answer, the moment I start drilling them a little deeper I figure out that the
way they start their “DAY” and the
way their day “ENDS” is absolutely in
bad shape, a very wrong pattern that they follow. This is my first step which I
take towards their transformation. I explain them why it is so very important
to keep this two points in your life very positive and upto the mark. Than
people ask me what is the big deal about it, this is where I take the plunge
and I explain them D R E A M S.
I tell them with whatever you
sleep with, is what you will get up with. For example you went to sleep
watching a horror movie which petrified you, than in your sleep you will have
similar kind of dreams and when you wake up in the morning you will be in a
mode of FEAR, after which your whole
day goes in FEAR.
Gautama the Buddha said, that
wherever you place your energies that things expands, so it is no different
with your SLEEP and your DREAMS as well.
Cutting the long story short, coming
back to your DREAMS, your UNCONSCIOUS MIND is the store house of all your
memories and events, that is why we always use the term “BACK OF THE MIND SOMETHING IS GOING ON”, this part of the brain is
responsible for giving you all data that you want and it does during your SLEEP
as well in the form of DREAMS.
So now what are DREAMS, let me give
you the formula and this has worked wonders in my life.
D = “DECIDE” The Night
before, make a conscious decision that you are going to recall your dreams. The
whole game is of INTENSION, if you
set this right your chances of recalling your dreams dramatically improve. Here
you can also use a technique of writing atleast 3 positive affirmations or do a
gratitude prayer before your sleep, as by doing this your chances go very high,
and since you will sleep with a positive mind frame you will have a sound sleep
with a calm mind.
R = “RECORD” Keep a pen and paper or a book ready besides your bed
or here you can even take help from technology keep a recording app on your phone
installed. As soon as you wake up record any lingering remembrance of your
dreams for e.g. “If you had a dream that you are driving your DREAM CAR” try to
recall the most intricate details of it, like model, colour, interiors, brand
etc.
E = “EYES” The moment you wake up, don’t just jump out of the bed,
keep your eyes closed after you are awake. Dreams tend to disappear in a
fraction of a second, but if your eyes are closed, this will help you reflect
much better. The second step before you open your eyes, rub your palms to
generate positive energy and apply them on your eyes, forehead and face, this
is like charging your system and look at your hands and have gratitude towards
mother nature, your GOD in which you believe.
A = “AFFIRM” As I said in “DECIDE” affirming is a very vital aspect,
the moment you affirm the chances of getting a confirmation becomes very
bright. This is the most critical tool
for your dreams to become “REALITY”,
because you are giving firm and clear instructions to your mind that this is
what you are wanting to have. The only drawback of your mind is “IT CANNOT DIFFERENTIAsTE BETWEEN REALITY
AND ILLUSION” so it revebrates energy towards making it a reality. This is like MAGIC,
applying your LOGIC will not work here.
M = “MANAGE” here managing your sleep is very very important, most
of the people I have seen have a very poor management of their sleep, they
sleep late nights, they wake up late, always lethargic etc. Giving your body proper
rest is like REBOOTING the system, it helps your NEURONS some resting and
rejuvenation time. A good and sound sleep is very important for your body and
giving your body a proper rest of 6 – 8 hours is very vital. (For e.g. if you
are sleeping at 11.30 PM at night, try to sleep now by 11, this way you will
train your brain to take baby steps towards your progress, nevertheless to say
avoid usage of GADGETS, TV etc).
S = “SHARE” This is the most catchy part, this is also one of the vital
steps, Share your dreams with your near and dear once, when you do so you are
declaring to the cosmic energies that you want this, the energies start
working in your favour. (PLEASE DO NOT SHARE WITH ANYONE AND EVERYONE, it
should be restricted to people you trust the most, like your PARENTS, WIFE,
CHILDREN). This step is the final step of getting your dreams to surface more
often and this routine will help you in tapping into your dreams so you can
discuss them later. Its like solving the JIGSAW Puzzle daily.

your “DREAMS” come true and this article will help you manifest all your
